Lindsey A. Davison

Lindsey Ann Davison, Esq. began her career as a Registered Nurse. She earned her B.S.N. in 1979 from Arizona State University School of Nursing and then worked in Arizona and Long Island hospitals, specializing in the areas of Critical Care and Cardiac Telemetry.

Ms. Davison earned her Law Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1988. She has practiced as a defense attorney for over twenty years, including practice in the fields of toxic torts, general liability, debt collection and medical malpractice. She has represented insurers at arbitration hearings and has lectured to the Nassau Bar Association and several area hospitals on issues of expert selection and risk management. Her medical background affords valuable insights into case review and evaluations.

Mrs. Davison is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, The United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and she is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau/Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
