Elizabeth Fitzgibbon

Elizabeth Fitzgibbon is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. From 1994 until March 2000, she practiced with Schiavetti, Geisler, et al. Ms. Fitzgibbon joined Geisler & Gabriele, LLP upon the firm’s formation in March 2000; she became a partner in 2001 and is admitted to practice in United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Fitzgibbon is an associate editor of Bard & Marano, New York Medical Malpractice [1994 ed.] and Nassau County Supreme Court Mediator (DCM/ADR Mandatory Mediation Program). She is a member of the New York State, Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations. She is a former Vice Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Medical/Legal Committee (2004 - 2006).
