Anthony M. Soscia, Jr.

After graduating pre-med from the University of Villanova as a Vietnam Veteran and one of the founding members of the Alpha Epsilon Delta pre-med honor society, Anthony M. Soscia, Jr. pursued a career in law. He graduated with honors from Fordham Law School in 1973, and began his legal career in the Administration of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs for the City of New York. While in public service, he was involved in construction projects like the reconstruction of Yankee Stadium. Soon thereafter, he embarked on a career of healthcare defense that continues to this day.

From 1976 to 1982, Mr. Soscia worked at an established healthcare defense firm where he rose from associate to one of the named partners. During that time, he became a seasoned litigator, handling both trials and appeals. He served as principal litigator in cases involving a wide range of medical issues for medical practices of all sizes. In 2006, he became one of the lead partners of Kanterman, O'Leary and Soscia in New York City where he continued healthcare defense litigation until 2011.

With his experience in healthcare defense litigation exceeding 35 years, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Soscia to Geisler & Gabriele.

Mr. Soscia is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Federal Court. He is a member of the Manhattan, Bronx, and New Jersey Bar Associations and the Fordham Law School Alumni Association.
